Office Administrator –

Catholic -based financial services provider is in need of an experienced office administrator to work 30-35 hours per week.  Interested candidates should have prior experience running a small financial services office.  Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant office administrating experience and will be skilled in the areas of bookkeeping with Quickbooks, office supply management, telephone customer service, filing, and organization. Candidates should be able to work independently in a fast-paced, results oriented environment, and should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks is a must.   Interested candidates should forward their resume to Nancy Benson at nancy@trinityfiduciary.com.
